# How to check if "Continue selling when out of stock" is enabled


### For Products without Variants:
To check if " **Continue** **selling** **when** **out** **of** **stock**" is enabled for a product that does not have variants, follow these steps:
1. In the **Shopify** **Admin**, go to **Products > All products.**
2. Click the product you want to track.
3. Scroll to the " **Inventory**" section and check if " **Continue selling when out of stock**" is enabled.
4. To show the **"Notify me"** button automatically on a sold-out product page, **you need to disable "Continue selling when out of stock"**.

### For Products with Variants:
1. In the **Shopify Admin, go to Products > All products.**
2. Click the **product** you want to see.
3. Click the **Variant** you want to see.
4. Scroll to the " **Inventory**" section and check if " **Continue selling when out of stock**" is enabled.
5. To show the **Notify** **me** button automatically on a sold-out product page, **you need to disable "Continue selling when out of stock".**
