How do I send back in stock emails from my own domain?
To send back in stock emails from your domain, upgrade to any of our paid plans and go to Notifications > Customize email notifications
On the screen that opens, click Email Sender to expand that section.
Under From address, click Edit next to the email address. In the popup that opens add an email address with your custom brand domain name and click the Update Email CTA. (Please note that public email address like gmail, yahoo, aol, are not allowed. You can only use email addresses from your brand's custom domain.)
After you add the email, it's mandatory to update your DNS records to verify that you are authorized to send emails from that domain name. For more details, please see this guide: How to add DNS records to your domain
After you add the DNS records, your from: email usually gets verified in minutes, but in some cases it may take up to 48 hours to for the DNS changes to take effect.
After your DNS records are verified, all back in stock emails will be sent from a from: address with your brand's domain name.
