Why can’t I change the auto-reply without connecting a new number?

The auto-reply is directly associated with the WhatsApp number from which the WhatsApp message is sent. If you want to change the auto-reply, you need to connect a your own number to our App.

If you don't add a new number and are using our number to send back in stock alerts, you won't be able to change the auto-reply. That's because the auto-reply is common to all brands using the same number, and we won't can't customize the auto-reply to one specific brand.
